The totally renovated cellar is equipped with thermoregulated stainless steel and lined cement vats. The floors are tiled in food standard materials.
The modern installations, pneumatic press, stainless steel grape hopper with draining grid, press filter… guarantee optimum respect for the grapes and the wine.
The barrel hall houses around one hundred barrels made of oak from the forests of France.
All the wines are chateau bottled; they are labelled, capsuled & put in carton in the winery.
